Monsters are the primary threat in Deadly Delivery. Every underground floor hosts creatures that can end your run instantly. Mastering survival tactics is as important as collecting food. This guide covers universal survival rules and creature-specific strategies.

Universal rules: Monsters cannot enter the elevator. Retreat to the elevator when overwhelmed. Lockers provide hiding spots. The Box item grants 30 seconds of reduced detection (breaks on damage). Sprint (Left Shift) consumes stamina — manage it carefully.
