Deadly Delivery is a cooperative survival horror game on Roblox created by WTHHHELL BRO. Inspired by Lethal Company, you play as a delivery worker scavenging food from monster-infested underground levels for a struggling fast-food restaurant. This guide teaches everything you need for your first successful run.
The lobby is your home base. Three elevators accommodate up to four players each. Before entering, visit the Class Menu to select your role, check the Gears NPC for supplies, and redeem any active codes for free items. Your lobby storage starts at 200 slots — upgrade it with earned coins to keep more items between runs.
Enter an elevator to begin. The doors close and you descend to sub-level 1. A Money Bar appears at the top of your screen showing your food collection progress versus the required quota. A timer also starts — you must return to the elevator before it expires.
Explore the floor collecting food items scattered on the ground and inside containers. Press E to interact with items and add them to your four-slot hotbar (keys 1-4). Different foods have different values. Mutated foods with visual effects multiply value — see our mutations guide.
Monsters patrol every floor. They cannot enter the elevator safe zone. Use lockers to hide, the Box item for temporary stealth, or sprint (Left Shift) to escape. The monsters database covers every creature and counter strategy.
When your hotbar is full or you have enough food, return to the elevator and press E to deposit items. Once the Money Bar quota is met, vote: Evacuate (return to surface and sell food for coins) or Descend (go deeper for better rewards but tougher monsters).
On the surface, take food to the SELL station and speak to the NPC. Sell individual items or everything at once. Use coins to unlock classes, buy lobby storage upgrades, and purchase vending machine supplies for future runs.
For your first 10 runs, focus on learning rather than depth. Use the free Odd Jobber class, carry a Flashlight, evacuate after filling the quota on sub-levels 1-3, and save coins for the Sprinter class (10,000 coins). Read our controls guide to master movement and hotbar management.
